Hidden in Manoa Valley, there are other less-known waterfalls than Manoa Falls. Finding the "trails" and getting to them is a bit more challenging though. During a full rain storm, I ventured out, knowing there would be no one else there and that the sky would not be overly bright (making it perfect for long exposure). After 45 minutes of hiking in the rain, several stream crossings, and two rope climbs up smaller waterfalls, I came upon this gem. It was great having a waterfalls to myself, knowing that there were more than a million people less than 2 miles away.
