After staring at the cirrus clouds floating across the sky all day, I decided to pull the trigger and drive to the west side in hopes that they would be dense enough to provide some color at sunset. The real issue for me is finding an interesting composition that I haven't shot before. Unfortunately, I didn't have a large amount of time to hunt, but a familiar location had a new addition, namely an anchored sailboat, which was perfect to provide scale. And then the sky cooperated as well.
